Intel Core i7-14700KF is a central processing unit based on the Raptor Lake Refresh architecture for the LGA1700 socket. It has 20 cores — 8 performance (P cores) and 12 energy-efficient (E cores) — and 28 threads. The base frequency of the P cores is 3.4 GHz, and the maximum frequency is 5.6 GHz.

The L3 cache size is 33 MB, and the process technology is Intel 7. The base power (TDP) is 125 W, and the maximum power is 253 W. The multiplier is unlocked, so it can be changed for overclocking. There is no integrated graphics (the F suffix in the name), so a separate graphics card is needed to display an image.
