Hard drive WD 1TB PURPLE 3.5 internal

About this product

Internal WD Purple hard drive with a capacity of 1 TB in a 3.5-inch form factor. The WD Purple series is designed for video surveillance systems.

Connects via the SATA III interface (6 Gbit/s). Installation requires a 3.5-inch bay and a free SATA port. The cache size is 64 MB. Data is recorded using CMR technology — conventional magnetic recording, in which the tracks on the platters do not overlap.

The workload rate is up to 180 TB per year (the amount of data the drive transfers in a year). The mean time between failures (MTBF) is up to 1 million hours; this is a statistical figure, not the service life of a specific drive.

We check every item before handover, so you get a device that is fully ready to use.
