The DeepCool PF650 is a PC power supply with a wattage of 650 W in the ATX form factor, with 80 PLUS White (230V EU) certification. It complies with the ATX12V v2.4 standard. The design is non-modular: the cables are fixed to the unit and cannot be detached.

There is a 24-pin (20+4) connector for powering the motherboard, two 8-pin (4+4) connectors for the processor and, for the graphics card, two cables with two PCIe 6+2-pin connectors each. For drives and other peripherals, there are SATA connectors (two cables with three connectors each) and Molex 4-pin connectors (two cables with one connector each).

Cooling is provided by a 120 mm fan. It has active PFC (power factor correction) and protections against overpower (OPP), overvoltage (OVP), short circuit (SCP) and undervoltage (UVP). Efficiency is at least 85% at typical load (50%). Dimensions are 150 × 140 × 86 mm (W × L × H).
