About this product

ADATA XPG SX8200 Pro solid-state drive with a capacity of 1 TB in M.2 2280 format. Connects via the PCIe 3.0 x4 interface and uses the NVMe 1.3 protocol.

Sequential read speed is up to 3500 MB/s, and sequential write speed is up to 3000 MB/s. The drive uses 3D TLC NAND memory and a Silicon Motion SM2262EN controller, and has a DRAM cache. Write endurance is 640 TB (TBW, the total amount of data written), and the mean time between failures (MTBF) is 2 million hours.

Dimensions are 80 × 22 × 3.5 mm, and operating temperature is from 0 to 70 °C. Installation requires an M.2 slot with NVMe support — the drive does not fit connectors that work with SATA only.
