Kingston A2000 (part number SA2000M8/1000G) solid-state drive with a capacity of 1 TB in M.2 2280 format. Connects via the PCIe 3.0 x4 interface and uses the NVMe protocol.

Sequential read speed is up to 2200 MB/s, sequential write speed is up to 2000 MB/s; random read is up to 250000 operations per second (IOPS), random write is up to 220000. 3D NAND memory is used. The rated write endurance is 600 TB (TBW, the total amount of data written), and the mean time between failures (MTBF) is 2 million hours.

Encryption: XTS-AES 256-bit, TCG Opal 2.0. Dimensions are 80 × 22 × 3.5 mm. Installation requires an M.2 slot with NVMe support — the drive does not fit connectors that work with SATA only.
