Lexar NM620 solid-state drive with a capacity of 512 GB in M.2 2280 format. Connects via the PCIe 3.0 x4 interface and uses the NVMe 1.4 protocol.

Sequential read speed is up to 3500 MB/s, sequential write speed is up to 2400 MB/s. Random read is up to 200K IOPS, random write is up to 256K IOPS (input/output operations per second). The drive uses 3D TLC NAND memory. The rated write endurance is 250 TB (TBW, the total amount of data written), and the mean time between failures (MTBF) is 1.5 million hours.

Dimensions are 80 × 22 × 2.25 mm, operating temperature is from 0 to 70 °C. Installation requires an M.2 slot with NVMe support — the drive does not fit connectors that work with SATA only.
