About this product
Lexar NQ780 solid-state drive with a capacity of 1 TB in M.2 2280 format. Connects via the PCIe 4.0 x4 interface and uses the NVMe protocol.
Sequential read speed is up to 6000 MB/s, sequential write speed is up to 2500 MB/s. The rated write endurance is 600 TB (TBW, the total amount of data written), and the mean time between failures (MTBF) is 1.5 million hours.
Dimensions are 80 × 22 × 2.45 mm, operating temperature is from 0 to 70 °C. Installation requires an M.2 slot with NVMe support — the drive does not fit connectors that work with SATA only.
