Gigabyte AORUS AG514K1TB solid-state drive with a capacity of 1 TB in M.2 2280 format. Connects via the PCIe 5.0 x4 (Gen5) interface and uses the NVMe 2.0 protocol.

Sequential read speed is up to 13600 MB/s, and sequential write speed is up to 10200 MB/s. The drive uses 3D TLC NAND memory and a Phison PS5026-E26 controller; it has a DRAM cache — LPDDR4 memory with a capacity of 2 GB. Write endurance is 700 TB (TBW, the total amount of data written), and the mean time between failures (MTBF) is 1.6 million hours.

Operating temperature is from 0 to 70 °C. Installation requires an M.2 slot with NVMe support — the drive does not fit connectors that work with SATA only.
