Lexar NM620 solid-state drive with a capacity of 2 TB in M.2 2280 format. Connects via the PCIe 3.0 x4 interface and uses the NVMe 1.4 protocol.

Sequential read speed is up to 3500 MB/s, sequential write speed is up to 3000 MB/s; random write is up to 256K IOPS (input/output operations per second). The drive uses 3D TLC NAND memory. The rated write endurance is 1000 TB (TBW, the total amount of data written), and the mean time between failures (MTBF) is 1.5 million hours.

Dimensions are 80 × 22 × 2.25 mm, operating temperature is from 0 to 70 °C. Installation requires an M.2 slot with NVMe support — the drive does not fit connectors that work with SATA only.
