Lexar NM1090 solid-state drive with a capacity of 1 TB in M.2 2280 format. Connects via the PCIe 5.0 x4 interface and uses the NVMe protocol.

Sequential read speed is up to 11500 MB/s, sequential write speed is up to 9000 MB/s; random read is up to 1300K operations per second (IOPS), random write is up to 1400K. There is a DRAM cache. The rated write endurance is 700 TB (TBW, the total amount of data written).

Cooling is provided by a heatsink with a fan, and the dimensions are 80 × 24 × 17.35 mm. Installation requires an M.2 slot with NVMe support — the drive does not fit connectors that work with SATA only.
